Business concept

Qondoc System’s business concept is to help companies and organisations to save time and money through innovative solutions for documentation, administration, control and visualisation of complex IT environments.

Products and services

Qondoc Infrastructure, Qondoc Application and Qondoc SAM are three unique solutions developed in Sweden that document, monitor and visualise content and relations in complex IT environments.

Qondoc Infrastructure gives you an automatic inventory of and documentation on the whole of your physical IT infrastructure.

Qondoc Application has all the functionality of Qondoc Infrastructure, plus it documents complex applications containing many integrations, e.g. financial software, and the mutual relations and connections between the applications.

Using these solutions, companies and organisations save time and money by means of greater control and less administration.

With more than 70 installations to our name, we have a proven track record in the areas of IT documentation, network documentation, software and hardware stocktaking, as well as the provision of consultancy services in these areas.

Short history

The idea was conceived in 1999 in association with a back-up projekt at the Sahlgrenska hospital in Göteborg. A marketing survey carried out to identify products for IT documentation. The results found the products originated from different manufacturers and that many niche products were required to produce coherent documentation. Subsequently, the idea to do something better was born.

Our first product was released in 2002 and was well received on the market. Qondoc System was established, our products and services were developed still further, and today we have 70-odd customers.

Philosophy

No-one knows our customers’ needs better than our customers. Our philosophy is therefore to hold a dialogue with our customers to develop solutions that satisfy their needs and satisfy their strict requirements. We see ourselves as a long-term partner that is growing with our customers. Our aim is to offer smart tools with the correct functions that make life a little easier for the IT departments of companies and organisations.
