The company - based in Gothenburg is now ready to further expand the sales organisation and is looking for experienced software sales executives with skills and motivation to play an active role in further development of the company.
The job
Qondoc is looking for sales executives focusing on new business development The sales executives will report to the sales manager for the company and be responsible for the total sales process from sales planning, prospecting to contract negotiation. The sales process is well defined and the technical staff will support with technical presentations and product demos where needed. For the right individuals this represents a unique opportunity to be part of a successful team in a dynamic company.
The candidate
The Company is looking for result oriented individuals, who can develop Qondoc in Sweden and has the ability to create results through teamwork in the organisation. Important characteristics are:
■possess natural authority and be able to communicate at all levels
■be hands-on doers with a natural sense of impatience to get things done and achieve results
■have a good understand of software sales, IT systems and technologies.
■speak and write Swedish and English
The ideal candidates have a successful track record from software solution sales to medium and large organisations in the private and/or the public sector.
Compensation
The positions have attractive compensation based on a fixed salary plus commission.
