Joint venture
When Heby elected to implement the Qondoc Infrastructure Management module to improve their IT documentation as well as provide a superior overview of their IT inventory, they also had plans to further their joint technological venture with the municipality of Knivsta.
Orderly network environment
Considering the fact that both municipalities share the same IT strategist, Anders Fredriksson, it was only natural that Knivsta responded to the improvements in Heby by implementing Qondoc solutions as well. ”Qondoc’s products are excellent, and they provide us with the support we need for clear-cut network environment management.”
Inventory documentation
”So far, in Heby, we have mainly concentrated on documenting the physical and logical connections of our hardware. We are now entering the next phase, i.e. the documentation of system relationships and system information in Heby. In conjunction with this stage, we also intend to transfer the inventory data we have registered in our current documentation system in Knivsta to the Qondoc application”, Anders Fredriksson concludes.
