After using the Qondoc All-In-One solution for a few months, the IT department of the municipality of Danderyd agrees that we delivered exactly what we had promised: a competitively priced comprehensive solution. ”We mainly use the Qondoc Infrastructure application to find information, such as the location and user of a particular computer, and details such as serial numbers, age data, allocated hardware and software, etc. We also access information for billing purposes. We organize the available data from the various addresses and organisations in order to provide accurate billing,” Thomas Wallin explains.
Speeds up support
Danderyd has also chosen Qondoc’s Contract Management application, which they believe will be an invaluable tool for the management of maintenance contracts and the like. Danderyd also plans to integrate this Qondoc application into their current helpdesk system to speed up troubleshooting and support. ”We can automatically see which computer/workstation is involved and be able to initiate remote control operations. Since we can access a detailed log of each workstation, listing any problems, it will be easier to target the best support options.”
