We manage customer IT environments, either parts of it or all of it. We take care of both hard and software; perform installations, as well as being responsible for operation, service, license management and upgrades. The customer does not need to own any hardware, they simply purchase our services. Thus, they are able to focus attention on their business and have a much easier time budgeting company IT costs. We make things simple and easy for our customers.

In our work, Qondoc is a vital component. Thanks to Qondoc Infrastructure and Qondoc Application, we (and our customers) are provided with a complete overview and visualisation of our customers’ local IT environment. It isn’t unusual for a customer to have 40 to 50 offices or shops across Scandinavia or Europe. We login via Qondoc’s web interface and are able to see precisely what hardware and software the customer has, as well as their licenses. We are also able to quickly print out a simple overview.

When we developed this service, we tested many different systems for the documentation and visualization of complex IT environments. Qondoc supplies a total CMDB solution and was the company that best lived up to our requirements.

Qondoc encompasses the entire spectrum of the customer’s office environment, from “passive” products such as monitors, printers, routers, etc., to laptops, thin clients, licenses and programs. They are also very sensitive and adapted their product to suit our stringent demands and special requirements.

We have not regretted our choice.
