Qondoc's philosophy and evaluations

A customer-adapted development

One of our customers said in an interview that Qondoc does not just listen, the company also acts. This is not simply a good rumour, but is actually a good description of our working method.

No-one knows our customers’ needs better than our customers. We therefore listen to them. We hold a constant dialogue with our customers to develop solutions that satisfy their needs and their strict requirements.

I enjoy good cooperation with them. They are good at listening, but they don’t just stop at that, they also act. Compared to ordinary companies, they really do implement the changes suggested by ourselves and other customers. That’s very valuable to me. Robert Cato, SBAB

You can’t exactly call Bill Gates and ask him to make a change in Word, but you can call Tobias at Qondoc. Roland Lindblad, The Swedish Forest Agency

We value long-term relations

Another one of our customers said that we prioritise long-term relations over short-term sales figures. This is another truth that we live up to. As our customers’ organisations grow, so does their need for efficient IT support to increase their control and reduce their administration. We see ourselves as a long-term partner, growing with our customers.

They prioritise long-term relations over short-term sales figures. They can be relied on, it’s as simple as that! Jari Marikainen, VLT

If any problems arise, there’s no niggling. Most things are solved. Keith Bengtsson, SYSteam

We do not want to be the biggest, we want to be right

Many of our customers tell you how they invested in Qondoc in order to satisfy one specific requirement, only to discover that they were able to do much more. This reflects our ambition to offer smart tools with the correct functions to make life easier for IT departments of companies and organisations.

We purchased Qondoc to gain an overview of our network handling. We wanted to see how the switches were connected and the computers were configured, but we found Qondoc more useful than we had anticipated. We connected Qondoc to our helpdesk, and it immediately became a very important support tool. Elisabeth Röjgren, Varberg local authority

The Swedish Forest Agency – overview and control in a countrywide WAN

“Qondoc gives me an overview of the whole system. If we were to close down server 12 at nine o’clock next Monday, for example, I would then see which system owners were affected and could contact them. If I want to know how many servers are running Windows 2000, I get the answer in 20 seconds. Before, I had to call all system owners and ask them personally.” Interview with Roland Lindblad, who is the manager of the operations and technology group and is responsible for 120 servers and 1 400 personal computers at 160 offices.
