Fast-growing Swedish company takes on IT management

Easit and Qondoc System are now teaming up in IT management. The DIY chain store K-rauta is the first company to integrate Easit Helpdesk Manager and the Qondoc CMDB database (Configuration Management Database).

The integration between the Easit query handling system and the Qondoc CMDB database creates an efficient tool for IT support. One of the benefits is detailed history reports thanks to the very close integration between Easit and Qondoc.

Expanding K-rauta, who is a long-time user of Qondoc products, is the first common installation for both businesses.

“We can see the full query history when working in the documentation system and vice versa, it provides us with excellent flexibility. It saves us time and we can get support much faster,” says Otto Beronius, IT manager at K-rauta.

“The company reacted in a twinkling to our queries and then acted accordingly. This is one of the main reasons why we could proceed with the project,” explains Otto Beronius.
