Gotland’s leading energy company, Gotlands Energi, is aided by our Qondoc Infrastructure documentation tool for inventory and documentation of the IT infrastructure.

Gotlands Energi (GEAB) has around 150 employees and is owned by Vattenfall (75%) and Gotland Municipality (25%). GEAB distributes electricity to just over 37,000 customers in Gotland as well as supplying services including district heating and broadband to Gotland’s households.

To strengthen our focus on the CMDB concept and emphasize that Qondoc has the ITIL framework as a focal point, we have joined the professional organisation of ITIL – itSMF (IT Service Management Forum).
