How competitive is Qondoc compared to other manufacturers and their products?
Our primary market is customers who today have few – or no – tools for registrering and visualising IT infrastructure and who are using Word or Excel for their documentation.
The customers have initially decided to buy Qondoc’s tool for automatic data collection and registration and to replace the Excel and Word documentation.
“Within this segment Qondoc is a strong player and we have practically no competition, mainly as our product has a very strong price/performance ratio. You simply get very much functionality for a small investment”, says sales manager Tobias Andersson.
