Qondoc cooperates with Chalmers Teknologkonsulter

Registration agents for Microsoft are a fact. Now we aim at UNIX and Linux together with Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB.
Cooperation on development
Development and cooperation is exiting but also vital to our company. We have recently joined in an interesting cooperation on development, with Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB in Göteborg. The purpose of the cooperation is to develop registration agents for the operating systems UNIX and Linux.
We hope that – sometime in September – we will be able to supply agents for both the operating systems and we intend to continue the development of these. As a start we will support the following distributions: Sun Solaris 9 and the Linux distributions Ubuntu, SuSe, RedHat, Debian and Gentoo.
New forum on the web
The agents will be developed in a way so that the customers can themselves develop them to support also other distributions than the ones, we will support. In order to facilitate this work and increase our customer service, we will open a new forum at our website,
www. qondoc.se, where our customers can share developed agents and support. Later this year we will release further agents for Unix and we would be happy to receive your suggestions as to which versions and types you prefer.
