Customer recommendations convinced Trivselhus to choose Qondoc

“We got several good references from Qondoc’s major customers – people we rely on. They gave us a good picture of the company’s products and this was the reason why we settle on Qondoc Infrastructure and Qondoc SAM ”, says Trivselhus IT manager Lasse Johansen.
A product that grows with the company
We were up against several other suppliers when Trivselhus decided on our solutions for documentation and monitoring of their IT infrastructure. Trivselhus is a company in the fast growing Ittur Group. “We are responsible for the operation of more than 20 of the Group’s companies and we have a major need to keep a sense of perspective on the IT infrastructure and on the hardware and software in each company. Qondoc is a product which we feel will grow with us,” Lasse Johansen continues.
Getting much in return
Recently Trivselhus installed Qondoc Infrastructure and Qondoc SAM with the assistance of our developer Johan Walfridson. “Since we started to use Qondoc we have experienced that it is a great product. As we register and enter data to the system we can ask complex questions to the database and we get very much in return – and certainly more than what I had expected”, says Lasse Johansen.
Good support
He adds that the web demonstration of Infrastructure and SAM solved the last questions about Qondoc’s functionality, and when several of our major customers gave Trivselhus good references, Lasse Johansen made up his mind. ”Afterwards I feel completely certain that Qondoc was the right choice. Qondoc has given us great support during and after the installation”.
Trivselhus is one of the largest house constructing companies in Sweden. The headquarters are located in Korsberga south of Vetlanda. Trivselhus is a part of the Ittur Group owned by the family of Johan Hansen. Ittur is one of the 30 largest privately owned groups in Sweden with an estimated turnover around SEK 10 billion in 2007.
