Our latest release doesn’t only include changes and upgrades of existing applications. We’ve also added a completely new module – Qondoc Contract Management – to rationalise your management of contract information. Qondoc Contract Management is available now.
The new version of Qondoc All-In-One includes Qondoc Contract Management 1.0 Qondoc Contract Management rationalises the handling and visualisation of all your contract information. Needless to say, the module is integrated with Qondoc Finance Management for optimum handling of internal invoicing procedures and distribution of your contract costs.
Qondoc Software Asset Management has also been upgraded with many new functions that rationalise license documentation and reporting. Among other things, you can create specially adapted reports, for example for Microsoft license software.
Qondoc Agentless Discovery (QAD) has been extended with new functionality: now inventory services such as Qondoc Bridge, Qondoc Server and Qondoc Proxy have been consolidated into this tool. We continue to develop QAD to QDC (Qondoc Discovery and Communication). Our aim is to allow all inventories to be made centrally through a graphic interface.
The release is already available. As a customer, you can easily download it and upgrade your existing installation. Please note that you’ll need a new license key in order for the new version to work, so contact our support team before upgrading.
