Our membership in itSMF emphasizes the ITIL and CMDB profile of Qondoc.

2008-03-15

To strengthen our focus on the CMDB concept and emphasize that Qondoc has the ITIL framework as a focal point, we have joined the professional organisation of ITIL – itSMF (IT Service Management Forum).

Many companies/customers within the itSMF network are working according to ITIL and have shown an interest in our products. As part of the network we can achieve even stronger exposure towards these companies.

We see our membership of itSMF as a way to develop relationships with companies within our sphere of interest. It is our aim to participate in network events and seminars and talk about what we and our products can do. Of course we will be where the action is.

itSMF manages a worldwide network of professional users of IT Service Management. itSMF Sweden is the Swedish network. By joining and participating, the members can benefit from the experiences of members of a like mind, exchange ideas and solutions and stay updated on the most recent technological developments.
