Time goes fast when having fun, it is said. This also applies to our job at Qondoc, judging by the first six months of 2007. We have strengthened our relationship with several of our existing customers and have also established a number of new customer relations. Within production development, we have also seen great progress.
You will also learn that Moderna Försäkringar has integrated the event handling system CHiP Helpdesk with Qondoc Appplication. Finally, you will meet one of our most recent municipality customers, Lerum.
Enjoy your reading, and have a nice summer!
Another member of our product line is about to see the light of day. When Qondoc Agentless Discovery is released we present an effective and simple way to register network components without any agents for servers or clients.
Registration agents for Microsoft are a fact. Now we aim at UNIX and Linux together with Chalmers Teknologkonsulter AB.
The newly appointed IT manager of the municipality, Roger Juhlin, found that the documentation of the IT infrastructure in Lerum had fallen between two stools. What makes it all the more fun is that he chose our flagship Qondoc Infrastructure to straighten it out.
After one month of testing the CHiP Helpdesk the system was bought by the fast growing company Moderna Försäkringar. “It is quite exciting that Moderna Försäkringar is already working with the helpdesk system. Things have been going this fast as the system is intuitive and simple to work with. Furthermore, Moderna Försäkringar has been working with a test installation for about a month to try out the system; that gave them a good start. When the deal was done, the system went online so that they could continue their work without interruption”, says our sales representative Peter Haddäng.
With Qondoc Application, Jesper Ekberg, responsible for the IT environment and operation at Moderna Försäkringar, gets important operational benefits which save him both money and capacity. “But the best thing is that now we always know everything about all our clients and that we can see when a computer was last connected to the network”, says Jesper Ekberg.
Gotlands Energi has 250 computers and 50 servers to keep track of. "Qondoc Infrastructure makes registration simpler", says Bernt Jakobsson, IT manager at Gotlands Energi.
Qondoc System’s business concept is to help companies and organisations save time and money through innovative solutions for system documentation, IT administration, monitoring and visualisation of complex IT environments.
