“We use Qondoc primarily to produce inventories,” says Peder Vegborn, who then explains that: “We can see exactly what computers we have and what software is on them. Microsoft may have sent out a new patch or a security update. We then see which computers have been upgraded and which ones we need to deal with. Someone may have finished a project. We can then move a software licence from one computer to another instead of buying a new licence, which was what we previously often did. With the help of Qondoc, we are utilising our infrastructure more efficiently.”
“At first, we only wanted to have a inventory tool to see which computers existed and how they were configured, but we soon saw opportunities for much more than that.
