Qondoc -

“Qondoc is a good tool that simplifies our current IT administration. We chose Qondoc because it offered the best overall solution. I also enjoy good cooperation with them. They are very aware and take on the information that I convey. That’s what I call service.” Interview with Peter Lindén, who is IT manager and is responsible for an IT department with 15 servers and 230 personal computers.
Peter Lindén says that the Swedish Chemicals Inspectorate uses Qondoc to obtain an inventory of its IT environment. He explains: “Each time someone logs onto a computer, the information in Qondoc is automatically updated. This means that our data is always correct. We have also connected Qondoc to our helpdesk system. This means that we have everything in one place, which provides an overview that makes our work more efficient. Qondoc provides answers to all of my questions.”
“Before we purchased Qondoc, we collated data in a database that we updated manually. It was time consuming and difficult to keep it correct. We saw that we needed a more efficient system to logically systematise the hardware and the software. We chose Qondoc because it offered the best overall solution. We will also be using Qondoc for our hand-held computers, mobile telephones, etc. Everything concerning IT will be collated in Qondoc,” says Peter.
